1) Microequities bought 9.4m shares in Jan and Feb at avg 16c 2) Between end of Feb and the day before the latest quarterly (12 July) they bought only 0.4m at avg 19c 3) They resumed buying only after the latest quarterly -- 0.7m at avg 12c.
(all these buys show up in the broker data very clearly).
Are you suggesting they are not allowed to buy in such strength after seeing the quarterly result and to average down?
