Was not implying that people cannot buy on market and average down. Was also not implying that management cannot be granted options. What I was saying was that the timing of the events will probably make people suspicious, even when there is no basis for it. Management may have been aware of this and decided to do a halt sooner rather than later to avoid any additional trades or activity that could be construed as insider trading, even if it wasn't. Or perhaps they had a legitimate concern and did it to stop insider trading. For whatever reason they did it, good on management. Demonstrates they are aware of potential issues and actively managing things, just as they should.
