I think putting it in the right perspective is important; Acquisition for Part Ownership to establish their Capital Value as opposed to a Take Over where it would be the Buyers prerogative to have it done, Due Diligence.
So perhaps they are lining up some rather large Partners, perhaps a Bank or a large Corporate would like something like this Ahhhummm
