The SP was $0.01 when the 20,000,000 shares were issued, they were issued at no discount to market price, so it’s highly unlikely anybody could claim injustice given:
a) the issue of the shares was announced, just minus the cleansing notice, and
b) the shares have since been trading at huge multiples of when these were issued at $0.01.
