    every day directors breach the corporations act !

    can you imagine every director getting pulled to court for trading while insolvent. ( the main one)

    only reason this has gone to court is because it's a listed company.

    it's over now , trading resumes tomorrow no harm done.

    no such thing as bad publicity.
