It is important to remember guys... IOU spent 70k on an INDEPENDENT REPORT of there own company. now why would they spend such a significant amount on a report for... this was outlined in there 4c. if you do a simple google check. reports like that are for acquisitions.
anyway all in my opinion but 70k on an report is a substantial amount
