Not sure why they went for opening of trading on 9th. Open of trading is 3am in Hod Hasharon. Mon Tues and Wed are public holidays for Rosh Hashanah. So maybe the announcement will be before end of trading on Friday otherwise WBT team will be working during Rosh Hashanah. I am hoping it is before COB Friday as the deal must be so close to being finalised if they had the announcement drafted!
And SkyWater seem to be trading normally in the Nasdaq pre open trading period on Wall Street so hopefully no great concern there! Looks they are in the green today as well.
