'kin oath mate! we've all made mistakes. Folk on here blaming one bloke for a mistake, especially posting his name and contact details is really poor form IMO.
Quite frankly, I don't give a flying f what his name is or his telephone number for that matter. It will no doubt end up in an investigation, but they don't want it to happen again, they should be looking at the processes in place rather than the fault of one individual.
And as said in an earlier post, Coby has always been very responsive and helpful whenever I have reached out in the past, and I'm sure if anyone can smooth over this situation, it will be him.
