Sequentially it’s not a good look with the market eye’s report with accompanying comprehensive details and quotes from Coby being found early Wednesday means to an extent a portion of the market has had prior knowledge of this information before a TH has been called. If the Leti ann came out first then the halt called Friday then it would have meant the company kept trading with this highly sensitive information already in the wind. So with this in mind the trading pause then voluntary suspension with the “negotiations not yet finished” qualification appears to be an attempt to avoid any trouble with the asx imo.
