I think a lot of people are over thinking this.
Preparing statements and quotes based on an event can and are usually drafted in advance in order to be ready to release to the public.
Seems to me that the deal must be very close and awaiting legal formalities before they could release to asx.
Market eye just happen to accidentally send the “Draft” by mistake .
Let’s move on - surely all parties would agree that it was not intentional.
