Completely agree, one person's mistake shouldn't be able to send a company's stock into a one week suspension, while potentially jeopardising ongoing and future negotiations.
When the stakes are this high, there really needs to be strict oversight on outgoing communications - the lack of oversight is the fault of the process, not the individual.
