Well SkyWater didn't think it was worth commenting on (it being the stuff up by market eye and the wbt voluntary suspension).
For SKYT i agree that situation is a storm in a teacup if that's what you were meaning.
As far as the agreement is concerned, when the ink is dried, i think they will announce it.
