it says 9th *OR as when the announcement is released.
i.e. if they release the announcement tomorrow they can lift the suspension tomorrow.
Good news is with the order book cleared it means the sell side has been cleared as well.
Before it was cleared there were strong buy orders in from $3.30 all the way up to a couple at $4.5
Provided nothing changes with the deal or announcement it should just gap up on open with little sell resistance.
