Mate you need to check some of your terminology.
Voluntary administration is when a company is announcing they are broke and have to be taken over by administrators. THIS IS NOT the case here for weebit.
They have requested a Suspension from Official Quoation - i.e. they want the stock to be suspended so no trades or orders can be made until they make the announcement. the order book gets cleared and after they make the announcement they can resume trading.
