If SkyWater will be required to be suspended until the 9th then surely it would be in their interest to get the deal closed and announced so they can return to trading. Unless the quote from Coby was made up then I assume all the details are in place and would have been announced today or the next, otherwise why would Market Eye even be in the know, let alone have drafted up a statement.
