The idea of it being a deliberate leak doesn't stack up in my mind. A leak is supposed to benefit a select few, not be leaked to the entire market. What's the play there? It would be insanity to deliberately leak details of an agreement that affects a partner, especially one traded on a different exchange in a different timezone.
The human error explanation seems most plausible to me
