Being in suspension is never ideal but you have to admit timing wise it’s not all that bad. I’m sure LKE will be trading as soon as possible (ie moment the court thing is sorted). I’m sure the ASX will be watching closely to ensure no more administrative oversights.
Posting that LKE is going to be “punished” comes across very emotional. Especially from someone who doesn’t hold & will therefore not incur any of the so called “punishment”.
If the overall markets continue to tank because of Ukraine or other external factors then I’m sure LKE SP will reflect that in due time. However if the markets sentiment improves then the SP could very well do nothing or the opposite.
