Much prefer the “embedded network business +no debt” vs “retail customers added with $15m+ debt due in 6 months”.
Unfortunately their cost base (salaries, staff, rent etc) are aligned (and not even profitable) to the latter so need to be reset asap. Track record not good in that regard though.
They got the one and only get out of jail card they will get. Great value here if they use it wisely and aggressively cut costs but I think it’s unlikely (hence the value).
