Hi xxxxxxxl,WBT’s legal advisers have responded as follows:
We suspect this is an error in the court’s back end. The judge’s associate has confirmed with us this morning that the matter is listed at 9.15am on Thursday 2 February 2023.
I have let our litigation team about this error and they may reach out to the court to let them know of the error.
