I think anyone willing to sell for 45 cents either desperately needs their cash or is just in capitulation (I could be completely wrong, and delusional about BVS yet again).

There are plenty of companies on the ASX that have been loss making with debt and cap raises, yet market capitals north of 800 million (MSB, TYRO to name a couple), albeit completely different sectors and markets.

While I know the company is a mess, there is intrinsic value somewhere. They clearly have issues managing costs, forecasting revenue, keeping the shareholders informed and winning new contracts to name a few.

I have had to swallow my tongue and pride on BVS as they have let me down at every turn, but regardless of the way they have driven the business into the ground, they do have multiple streams of deeply entrenched value adding services to huge global financial institutions with strong revenue bases. Somewhere there is value, no idea how long away it is or if its in the form of a takeover to another big player.

On the other hand I also don't blame anyone for selling on the basis of just forgetting about this horror story. I myself will be sitting on this forever because it is pointless for me to sell and take what little capital remains.
