I'd probably be waiting for the release of the results before talking takeovers and suggesting that the overall share price is cheap. Come March 7th 85 cents might be considered expensive. This has all the hallmarks of being a disaster. If the results aren't great the SP could halve again. If the CR is to fund an acquisition then that's potentially a good thing but if the CR is to shore up dwindling funds the it might be lights out for BVS.
