go back and read the announcement and stop applying bias. SurgCenter was the lead investor, not tge total investor. If you lead then you must have followers therefore they were NOT the only purchaser. By rights you could argue they took 33 pc of yhe raise and no other single holder took more than that.
what you CANNOT say from the announcement is they took it all, otherwise the word lead is redundant.
