Reading tea leaves is problematic for a coffee drinker too.
But you can see the issues with a company that essentially deals with the intelligence and covert surveillance, and the need to report to the ASX as a publiclu listed company. I think AK's reference to never going down the ASX listing route, may be in part due to this conflict. How much easier is it for HE360 to not have to tell anyone anything really. KSS have to balance "tell nothing" from their customers with "tell everything" from their regulators.
Having said that - I couldn't care less if they never reported another thing, as long as we saw a solid stream of cash going into the bank and no more CRs.
