I stopped taking their phone calls. Every time it was the same thing, let's renew your subscription, even though it still had 6 or 9 months to run. After a while the daily email reports stopped arriving. I am not obligated to accept their calls but they are most certainly obligated to provide the service that I paid for. I think a pro rata refund should be available from the date they stopped sending me the reports. No way in the world will I renew my subscription.
