The maximum potential fines is well over $20 million dollar fine excluding court fees.
Obviously this should not happen in GBR's case as Von has pointed out.
I personally doubt there would be any different in share price even if the cleansing notice was issued prior, which is what the court will be looking for.
Regardless we are still looking at some unnecessary fees and just a poor look.
