TML sounds like a possible fit. The problem with these jnr goldies on the TSX is that they have bugger all liquidity and so they seek ways to increase that and often it's by dual listing on ASX or doing a RTO on a crappy, semi-related jnr like AUT.
So while the release states acquisition and CR, it could actually be a RTO.
Very curious development either way.
