From what I remember the last capital raising was just a few months ago, by that time I had already said in my post, CANN would have another CR Next year in JAN based on the debt level and the way they spend the money. sounds like 1 million in revenue but 700K in operation cost. how can CANN pay its huge debt even if their revenue has gone up 3 times one day". But they raise capital in November I do not expect that soon. The time CR may be 8 cents. After that, it will have to raise another CR in June will be 4 cents then delist. I hope it won't happen as I am holding the share I bought at 52 cents. but I have lost hope.
