In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Valor Resources Limited (ASX: VAL) requests a voluntary suspension of the Company’s ordinary securities listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
The Company provides the following information in relation to the request:
1. The Company is seeking a voluntary suspension for the purposes of finalising a material transaction. As disclosed in the Company’s amended trading halt request dated 24 November 2023, it was initially proposed for the transaction to consist of the acquisition of 100% of a Canadian Securities Exchange listed entity. It is now proposed for the transaction to consist of the acquisition of the material project owned by that entity.
2. The Company requests the voluntary suspension be put in place until the earlier of 1 December 2023 or the Company releases an announcement in relation to the material transaction.
3. The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
