True there is no technical non-compliance issue. What it does mean is that GBM were not able to secure the amount before market open this morning so have had to go into suspension so they can shake the tin. I wonder if some of the 708s were asking questions around Newmont and the JV commitment for next year. Will be interesting to see the cleansing notice.
