I still can't get the rationale behind the tie-up between CZR...

I still can't get the rationale behind the tie-up between CZR and SRK iron assets. I don't think the trading halts are related. If they are related:

Why was CZR only halted today, 3 days after SRK if it is the same transaction?
Why would SRK assets need to be part of this transaction for a bigger player anyway? The CZR assets are the bigger prize in Australia. Peru has been a pipe-dream for 15 years.
SRK needs at least $11m to pay off its debt, more for working capital. How would vending assets and presumably getting shares solve this?
