Interesting scenario:CZR would not be sold out cheaply due to Creasy involvement.SRK has assets of value but little Capital to do anything.
SRK has also substantive tax losses that would be useful in a merged entity.I am trying to establish how much money has actually been expended on Paulsens East.Given the grade,any offer would have to be at a significant premium to the monies expended.The Peru angle could only mean a major player was involved.Interesting times.
