They are not paying a premium though. There is lucky to be 50m shares for sale at any given time and 50% of those are for sale above 1.75c so to get 400m is a pretty hefty discount that will pay off very handsomely once Capricorns 26,000 members and 2000 suppliers are onboarded.
It will work out extremely well for both Capricorn and SPENDA.
They are not paying a premium though. There is lucky to be 50m...
