Not hard for capricorn to look at SPENDA and say "you are processing 100m in flows currently with a SP of 1.4c. We would like to buy a percentage of your company prior to adding 2.3bn in flows to your bottom line which will take you to 2.4bn in flows"
That will increase your flows by 24x
"We will then introduce your platform to our 2000 preferred suppliers, some of which process greater payments than us."

Research what an increase of 24x in flows from 100m to 2.4bn will do and get back to me.
