@ExtremeLand, I’m always happy to help beginners. Cash receipts are exactly what they say they are, cash that is actually received.
Revenue is cash receipts as well as, in simple terms, invoices for the current period for which the cash has not yet been received. For example, the $500k you mentioned.
You can clearly see now, that revenue did not decline.
