Jopie, who you trying to kid? There is no way you can spin this as good news. This CR was to get some cash before we run out and to pay for the lisiting on NASDAQ plus the road show that go with it.
Everyone knows they will require further capital to get to PFS, more drilling, test works and results. No-one is going to be offering them a premium, no-one is going to be saying can we give you more cash.
