as always people don't like small to medium size business to take high borrowing to expand business at a time when interest rate are going up and market sentiment is passive in my opinion... !
we don't know how this new acquisition turns out in long-term but market seems to be made up their mind on this mind less acquisition using more debt less share issue in my opinion... ! hope they know what they doing .. !
