I agree, they need to be able to give out more equity and less of cash to reduce debt.
most time this stock sleeps without any trading as we have seen recently so putting more equity in the market will do two thing either the incoming owner sells it to increase liquidity in market after 12 month or they will work hard to get more EPS valuation post acquisition .. !
So I agree in your narrative on cash/equity ration but what I really like in this acquisition is below where significant revenue incoming on data side to balance revenue stream across various category for VN8 in my opining... !
I am here for short term investment but this diversification is good for VN8 if they maintain it moving forward and get more cross selling products .. IMO.
