    I think all the points above are fair.

    Difference is simply what benefits longer term holders vs short term holders more. As I am long, I am content with the deal that has been made in terms of cash/equity.

    EBIDTA now looks very healthy, I hope the integration process goes well and we also remain CFP during the integration.
