not really, VN8 current board also from Brisbane. Jason is the one who got onto VN8 then all previous board changed one by one and he got new guys (Brent Paddon) and current CEO of VN8 was working with Jason as well.
Jason owns company called iseek with current employee strength of 72 so similar to VN8.
Jason bought shares on market roughly around 10c if I am not wrong... so why would he sell it for 3.75c ?
very hard to find any information about who owns and partnered in the company (Maxo Telecom). LinkedIn won't give those partner names, otherwise how on earth company with 9 employee can put a bid to buy company with $22.5m (debt) + $13.5m purchase price and 72 employee liability? roughly $36m worth cost plus transaction fees+ other liability !!! that is big amount to fork out unless they got some silent investor sitting behind desk putting out the offer.
