That's what I was talking about Jason bought it at 9.6c in 2022 and after that share price actually tanked so those dumb retailer who bought behind him and only to lose money after that if they didn't exit straight away.. !
He never bought a share after that even though when share price hit 1.2c so why did he not bought ? he could have easily average down to 2c if he started buying when share price reached 1.2c and come out with profit by now !
All other director in this notice except Jason who bought on market left the company i think.
i am suspicious that there is something we don't know about whose hand are there behind Maxo telecom.
if we can get on to Maxo's annual filing on ATO or their annual report where director names are declared then we might find more info.
