Not really, look back history of Brent paddon on ASX and Jason as well... They made lot money in past if I am not wrong and they could have done the same here with time and may be a capital raise to lower debt level a bit.
if Maxo was reverse listed through this deal with change in company name to Maxo then it would have been better outcome for all in my opinion.
