    What's going to happen to our shares if the Scheme was successful that MaxoTel bought our shares at 3.75c/share? Are we still able to trade (doesn't look like as MaxoTel is privately owned)? or we just receive cash for our holdings at 3.75c per share? even if my purchased share price is much higher than that of 3.75c at the time of sale?
