    It is not necessarily good outcome if they simply giving you 3.75c per share instead it they could have swap VN8 for shares in Maxotel (if it is listed on ASX) or list Maxotel on ASX through this transaction like chemistwarehouse.

    Anyways, I bought arbitrage position, so roughly 10% profit it scheme goes through and if i am lucky and they get better offer then another thing !!!
