There was speculation late last year regarding ABB.
They have now completed their buyout/merger with OTW and now have a market cap of $1.0b.
With current debt at just $175m, they could easily absorb a takeover of VN8 who currently have a market cap of $40m.
These opportunities are now far and few and I wouldn't be surprised to see ABB have a tilt at VN8.
Just my musings on a Sunday arvo while the Aussie cricket team takes a lunch break.
