Executive summary - we have added 1000 new users in a month, which is consistent with past signup rates the company likes to promote as a metric, and we have added additional costs to accrue customer by paying for Qantas points now. In dollar terms based on latest quarterly each new seat adds around $80 of revenue for the quarter, so that’s an additional $80000 in revenue compared to last quarter, that’s in the perfect world of no churn, which doesn’t exist. I wonder what their churn is??
