    My understanding was an offer was made from India back when we started on the cyber journey. It was not taken up.

    I agree Jeff's intention is to divest TSI when appropriate. Nothing I have seen since has changed that view.

    I still feel TSI has big potential, but they need capital to realise it and I don't think it will be coming from us. Happy to be wrong, but it is what it is for now.
