Jonkey (or anybody who follows TSI closer than me).

I must admit once PB left the building I felt the writing was on the wall for the Indian business and have devoted much more time to the IT related businesses. Who knows India may come good at some point.

Anyway ... I always thought the TSI board was originally made up of Gary & six CX Partners. (I could be wrong).

Now it's comprised of Gary (maybe Jeff given your other post), Mohnish, Deepak and 4 CX Partners.

It also looks like CX Partners have rotated in some new Directors since I last checked.

I know Deepak was part of the management team but I'm not sure when he became a Director.

Could it be that CX Partners are actually planning their exit?
