So if HAV can release a statement that says the Independent directors recommend you vote in favour of the EGM for these reasons, why can't our other director release a statement stating his recommendation and the reason for his recommendation.
Unless I missed it, this statement doesn't even say that HAV's other director makes no recommendation.
Yet those behind this statement appear to have been alleging misleading statements from Bob Johnson?
Why can't everyone play by the same rules, put all the information out there and let shareholders make an informed choice.
So if HAV can release a statement that says the Independent...
