The original EGM announcement on page 23 states dr giles does not agree or disagree but finds the deal unfair.
It also does not state his position of a yes or no vote as he is an influential director and not independent.(neither is walter or Stewart. Their pay packets depend o this deal going through)
One needs to read between the lines of this as he is not an independent director and has an influential position.
