IMO GFG/SIMEC is only able to table the controversial SSA proposal due to HAV's 'independent' directors and CEO. Any other target Board would’ve rejected the 'DUD deal' a long time ago.

The only reason the CEO AND INDEPENDANT DIRECTORS are supporting this deal is it guarantees their pay packets for the next 5 year's.

Without a DEAL the next AGM remuneration report vote would be voted NO and a board spill would occurr.

By getting this deal out and a yes vote Richards and CO would have enough support and control to keep their jobs.

That is why this vote of yes is so important to them. Basically YES means they get their nice pay packets and NO vote shows them the door.

If its a NO I'm sure giles will leave or be pushed. Havillah needs Giles more than we need GFG.

    NO Giles no more exploration.

Think carefully about the consequences of a yes vote. IMO Richards Stewart are just puppets for Gupta.

    Think
Why would they silence  Giles who knows all the technical stuff by threat of a court action.

They are not open and honest and are only at HAV to serve themselves. Look at the fees and wages we pay for what

    Bergen deal= dud
    North Portia = dud
Gupta = ???? Likely to be a dud

    Cheers
